What makes it cordless! After 5 years of research, testing, prototyping, and trial and error we can now say we know cordless! BLDC (brushless DC) motors are the way of the future. This technology is the key to cordless. Run times make you or break you. Lithium Ion technology has brought us to a place where we can now go cordless with shears/clippers. When you combine BLDC motors and put them with Lithium Ion batteries you get a great running and powerful shear. Our use of German manufactured heads add a lot of high performance and quality to our shears! With the help of key people like Jim Hoffman we have proven their quality! Our first test run proved our point! Jim clipped 3,200 head of cattle on our first shear. To put this in perspective he would normally get about 400 head of cattle on a corded shear before needing repair. Consider the product and its ability to compete with corded shears!
